Metal Technology now offers seamless molybdenum laboratory crucibles at competitive prices.
With a melting point of 2610ºC, molybdenum crucibles can be used for performing high temperature fusions in a vacuum or inert atmosphere. Molybdenum crucibles exhibit excellent resistance to most acids, including sulfuric, hydrofluoric and hydrochloric, and are highly resistant to corrosion by many molten materials such as metals and glass.
Standard crucibles and covers from 20 ml to 100 ml in size are available from stock. Custom vessels and tubing can also be supplied.
